Just before i start i would like to say something off the record ELS a very nice place to study English with a beautiful atmosphere and good teachers not also that even the location in Tech University and first of all Ruston.
If I'm the center director of ELS. I would to make some changes first of all rent a lot of rooms from LA tech, then hire more teachers after that i will put many choices on after noon classes not just three or four choices finally will make the system of ELS work just like tech university as quarters and breaks because it's very hard for the student to work month after month and level after level. It's will very depressing that's way i will go with quarters.
